Simple and delicious

Ingredients:

  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
  • 3/4 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBS red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic-mashed and minced fine
  • juice from 1/2 large lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Place lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese into a large salad bowl
  2. For dressing, briskly whisk anchovy paste and next 6 ingredients
  3. Pour dressing over lettuce when ready to serve
  4. Salt and pepper to taste

Serves 4
