This recipe is one of several that might serve as a great use for some of that left-over holiday ham.  But with the French bread, cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese, don't count the calories!

Debbie provided this "healthy" muffin recipe.  Really works well for overnight guests who are accustomed to awakening very early in the morning.  They can simply place the refrigerated and filled muffin tin into the preheated oven and in 20 minutes, have a scrumptous breakfast bread!  I enjoy spreading real butter on these hot treats!
