This awesome recipe is sure to get the attention of your family and guests

Ingredients:
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or garlic-flavored croutons
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 large white onion, very finely chopped
- 1/2 medium carrot medium grated
- 3 cloves garlic minced or grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper-finely chopped
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pound ground chuck or sirloin
- 1 pound ground pork
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 dashes of Worcester Sauce
- 2-3 dashes of your favorites hot pepper sauce
- 1 TBS honey
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Into a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs and next 10 ingredients thoroughly
- Add beef and pork to mixture and mix gently incorporating meats with mixture
- Place meat mixture into a metal meatloaf pan lined with wax or parchment paper
- Allow to set approximately 10 minutes before turning over onto a large, greased baking sheet
- Place into the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat is 155°
- Combine glaze ingredients into a bowl and coat on to the outside surfaces of the meatloaf for the last 15 minutes
- Remove finished meatloaf and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before serving
