Tired of trying a failing to reproduce your favorite restaurant Caesar Dressing?  Well look no further.  This one is sure to please.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:John K

  • 4 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBS rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcester Sauce
  • 2 large cloves of garlic grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 TBS Anchovy paste
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese directly into an 8 ounce cruet or into a measuring cup
  2. Shake vigorously to incorporate and set aside

Note:  The traditional Caesar salad is usually simply served with crispy room temperature Romaine lettuce and perhaps 3-4 anchovies

I often incorporate additional ingredients including 1/2 seeded cucumber, seeded tomato, black pitted olives, and occasionally 1/2 of an avocado---use your own imagination
