Simple and delicious

Ingredients:
- 4 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
- 3/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic-mashed and minced fine
- juice from 1/2 large lemon
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Place lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese into a large salad bowl
- For dressing, briskly whisk anchovy paste and next 6 ingredients
- Pour dressing over lettuce when ready to serve
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serves 4
