Ingredients:

- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS chopped green onion
- 2 pods garlic, chopped
- ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can chicken stock
- 16 ounces Half & Half
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup lump crabmeat, picked for shells
- ¼ cup sherry
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
- Sauté green onions and garlic briefly in olive oil
- Add shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp turn pink
- Add above to blender and puree until smooth
- Into a large sauce pan, add pureed ingredients and remainder of recipe; continue cooking on medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, careful not to allow sticking on bottom
- Serve over steamed rice
