Lynn 4 large avocados ¼ cup of diced avocado reserved for garnish 2 cans chicken stock 8 ounces Half & Half 4 TBS lemon juice ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt Pinch of cayenne... 

  • 4 large avocados
  • ¼ cup of diced avocado reserved for garnish
  • 2 cans chicken stock
  • 8 ounces Half & Half
  • 4 TBS lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lemon slices and cilantro leaves for garnish
  1. See and peel avocados; place in processor or blender until smooth
  2. To a large bowl combine avocados and remaining ingredients
  3. Place in refrigerator for 6 hours or more, overnight is fine
  4. Serve into chilled bowls or cups; garnish with lemon slices, cilantro, and diced avocado

Serves 10-12 cups for appetizer
