2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and cut into chunks, optional to peel 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix ½ tsp Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning mix 1/3 cup olive oil ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 1 TBS chopped fresh chives Into... 

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and cut into chunks, optional to peel
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ½ tsp Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning mix
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh chives
  1. Into a large Zip-Loc bag combine all ingredients; close and shake until potatoes are evenly coated
  2. Empty bag into large greased casserole dish
  3. Bake at 450° for 40 minutes, stirring every 12-15 minutes
