  • 2 cans Niblet corn, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can veg-all drained
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 18 Ritz cheese crackers, crushed
  1. In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients
  2. Place all in a 9” x 13” greased baking pan
  3. Top with butter pats and crackers
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

Serves 6-8
