4 medium sized Yukon Gold potatoes ½ bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 small jar pimentos ½ stick butter 1 TBS flour 1 cup Half & Half ½ roll of garlic cheese ½ roll of jalapeño cheese Boil, cool, peel, and slice...
- 4 medium sized Yukon Gold potatoes
- ½ bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 small jar pimentos
- ½ stick butter
- 1 TBS flour
- 1 cup Half & Half
- ½ roll of garlic cheese
- ½ roll of jalapeño cheese
- Boil, cool, peel, and slice potatoes
- Layer into a greased casserole
- Top with sliced peppers and pimento
- Melt butter and stir in flour until blended
- Add Half & Half and stir until thickened
- Add cheese and when fully melted, pour over potatoes
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°
