4 medium sized Yukon Gold potatoes ½ bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 small jar pimentos ½ stick butter 1 TBS flour 1 cup Half & Half ½ roll of garlic cheese ½ roll of jalapeño cheese Boil, cool, peel, and slice... 

  • 4 medium sized Yukon Gold potatoes
  • ½ bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • ½ roll of garlic cheese
  • ½ roll of jalapeño cheese
  1. Boil, cool, peel, and slice potatoes
  2. Layer into a greased casserole
  3. Top with sliced peppers and pimento
  4. Melt butter and stir in flour until blended
  5. Add Half & Half and stir until thickened
  6. Add cheese and when fully melted, pour over potatoes
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°
