Frances 2 TBS vegetable oil 1 pound ground chuck 1 can onion soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small can button mushrooms or stems & pieces 1 tsp chopped parsley 1 tsp fresh chives 1 cup raw rice 1/8 tsp cayenne...
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can button mushrooms or stems & pieces
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp fresh chives
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Into a skillet heat oil over medium high heat; add ground meat and brown lightly
- Into a bowl combine ground meat and remaining ingredients; mixing well
- Place all ingredients into a greased casserole dish; cover tightly with foil
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°; rice will have cooked in the soups
