Uncle Ralph 2 TBS flour 2 cups cream style corn 2 TBS sugar 1 cup Half & Half 1 tsp salt 3 TBS melted butter 3 eggs, beaten lightly Mix flour and corn Add remaining 4 ingredients; then stir in eggs Pour pudding... 

  • 2 TBS flour
  • 2 cups cream style corn
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 TBS melted butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten lightly
  1. Mix flour and corn
  2. Add remaining 4 ingredients; then stir in eggs
  3. Pour pudding mixture into greased 1 quart casserole
  4. Place casserole into a pan of hot water
  5. Bake at 325° for about 90 minutes until firm

Serves 6
