2 cups of fresh broccoli flowerets 1 14-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained, tough outer leaves removed; then chopped coarsley 1 can cream of mushroom soup ½ cup mayonnaise 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 tsp lemon... 

  • 2 cups of fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 14-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained, tough outer leaves removed; then chopped coarsley
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  1. Place broccoli in covered bowl with ¼ cup water and microwave on high for 5 minutes
  2. Place artichokes on bottom of greased casserole pan
  3. In separate bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well
  4. Place broccoli on artichokes then pour soup mixture over the top
  5. Sprinkle top of casserole with the cheese and bread crumbs
  6. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with garlic salt
