- 1 cup raw rice, cooked
- 1 10-12-ounce pkg of broccoli florets cooked according to directions
- 1 stick butter
- ½ onion chopped fine
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Saute’ onion in butter until clear
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl, place in casserole dish
- Bake at 350? for about 30 minutes
Serves 6-8
