Very nicely presented in hollowed-out orange halves

  • ½ stick butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 8 ounces Half & Half
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp butternut vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 TBS Steen’s Cane Syrup
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 3 large cans Trappey’s Yams in syrup
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup small marshmallows
  1. Into a saucepan over medium heat place butter and next 10 ingredients until mixture is thoroughly combined and slightly heated
  2. Into a casserole dish, place yams and pour heated ingredients over yams
  3. Top mixture with pecans and marshmallows
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

Serves 8-10
