Recipe originally obtained from the owners and cousins of famous Pascal Manales Restaurant, New Orleans

Ingredients:

- 3 sticks butter
- 6 whole cloves garlic
- 4 oranges, thinly sliced
- 4 lemons, thinly sliced
- 3 pounds unpeel fresh shrimp, heads on
- 2 heaping TBS black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a deep, large oven-proof pan and bake at 400° for 12 minutes
- Remove and carefully toss shrimp; return to oven for additional 15 minutes
- Serve with hot French bread for dipping
Serves 4-6
Its acceptable to lick your fingers with this dish; but be sure make available dampened hot towels as a finale to this scrumptious treat.
