Interesting cheesy sweetness combination Adapted from dish served at Coco Marina, Cocodrie, Louisiana

Ingredients:
- ¼ pound bacon
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ½ bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 pods garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small bottle Catalina French Dressing
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound medium – large uncooked shrimp, peeled with tail remaining, and de-veined
Directions:
- In large black iron (or heavy duty) skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove, crumble, and set aside
- In same skillet, add butter, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire and sauté for 4-5 minutes
- Add dressing, wine, peppers, cheeses, bacon, and shrimp
- Place skillet in oven and bake at 375º for 10 minutes until bubbly
- Serve in individual ramekins with hot French bread
