10-12 medium-sized trout or catfish filets Lemon-pepper seasoning salt 1 cup flour ½ stick butter 1 pound small, raw shrimp, peeled 1 large jar sliced mushrooms 1 can cream of celery soup-undiluted 1 cup shredded mild cheddar...
- 10-12 medium-sized trout or catfish filets
- Lemon-pepper seasoning salt
- 1 cup flour
- ½ stick butter
- 1 pound small, raw shrimp, peeled
- 1 large jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of celery soup-undiluted
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ tsp paprika
- Season filets with lemon pepper seasoning, dust lightly with flour
- Melt butter into bottom of casserole and turn filets in butter at bottom of casserole
- Season shrimp with lemon & pepper and place over fish
- Spread mushrooms and soup over entire casserole
- Top dish with cheese and sprinkle with green onions and paprika
- Bake on top oven rack at 350° for about 30 minutes until cheese turns a golden color
