  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 large stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 pods garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled deveined plus 1 pound lump crabmeat, picked through for shells
  • Or
  • 2 pounds cooked Louisiana crawfish tails
  • 1 pound Velveeta or Kraft Jalapeño cheese
  • 3 TBS chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 16 ounces Half & Half
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  1. Cook fettuccine al-dente’ according to package directions; drain and set aside
  2. Into large skillet sauté onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic until wilted, about 12 minutes
  3. Add seafood, followed by cheese and next 4 ingredients
  4. Add fettuccine to skillet and thoroughly mix all ingredients
  5. Place entire mixture into large, greased casserole and bake covered at 350? for 30 minutes
  6. Uncover casserole and bake an additional 10 minutes
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve
