  • 10-12 fish filets
  • Garlic salt
  • White pepper
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 2 TBS vermouth
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  1. Season filets with salt and pepper and layer at bottom of greased casserole dish
  2. In separate container combine soup, sour cream, chives, and vermouth
  3. Pour sauce over fish
  4. Apply parmesan cheese to top of soup-sour cream mixture
  5. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 16-18 minutes

Serves 6

Serve with steamed broccoli or asparagus and yellow rice
