- 10-12 fish filets
- Garlic salt
- White pepper
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chives
- 2 TBS vermouth
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Season filets with salt and pepper and layer at bottom of greased casserole dish
- In separate container combine soup, sour cream, chives, and vermouth
- Pour sauce over fish
- Apply parmesan cheese to top of soup-sour cream mixture
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 16-18 minutes
Serves 6
Serve with steamed broccoli or asparagus and yellow rice
