Excellent served with baked potato and steamed broccoli or asparagus

  • 2 salmon filets with skin left on one side
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sauce: Mark
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 pod garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • ½ tsp tarragon
  1. Squeeze lemon juice over fillet
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over fillet
  3. Sprinkle dried dill over fillet
  4. Grill salmon skin-side down on medium heat grill for about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of fillet; careful not to overcook
  5. Prepare sauce by combining butter and next 4 ingredients in small sauce pan; serve over filets at table

Serves 2-4 depending on size of fillets
