Excellent served with baked potato and steamed broccoli or asparagus
- 2 salmon filets with skin left on one side
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sauce: Mark
- ½ stick butter
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 pod garlic, minced
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- ½ tsp tarragon
- Squeeze lemon juice over fillet
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over fillet
- Sprinkle dried dill over fillet
- Grill salmon skin-side down on medium heat grill for about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of fillet; careful not to overcook
- Prepare sauce by combining butter and next 4 ingredients in small sauce pan; serve over filets at table
Serves 2-4 depending on size of fillets
