Much more creative (and delicious) than a can of cranberry at the holiday table

  • 1 box of Jello Cranberry-Raspberry mix
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  1. Prepare Jello mix according to directions
  2. In a bowl combine Jello mix and rest of ingredients; thoroughly mix
  3. Spray non-stick oil inside two small ring molds and pour contents into each
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours; overnight is fine

Serves 12-16
