- 2 cups chicken stock

- ½ cup firmly packed green onions, whole
- ½ cup parsley
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 ¼ cup salad oil
- 2 TBS A-1 Steak Sauce
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¾ cup tarragon or rice vinegar
- Into a pot place chicken stock, green onions, and parsley; allow to boil for 30 minutes; remove from heat, strain, and allow to cool
- Into a mixing bowl; whisk strained stock and remainder of ingredients
