  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup firmly packed green onions, whole
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 ¼ cup salad oil
  • 2 TBS A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ¾ cup tarragon or rice vinegar
  1. Into a pot place chicken stock, green onions, and parsley; allow to boil for 30 minutes; remove from heat, strain, and allow to cool
  2. Into a mixing bowl; whisk strained stock and remainder of ingredients

Use sparingly
