½ cup brown sugar ½ TBS dry mustard ½ TBS flour 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp cloves Pinch of mace ¼ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp cinnamon ¼ cup raisins ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 1½ cup water Into a sauce pot mix dry ingredients;...

 

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ TBS dry mustard
  • ½ TBS flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • Pinch of mace
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ cup water
  1. Into a sauce pot mix dry ingredients; add raisins, vinegar and water
  2. Cook to a syrup; serve hot; may be reheated
