Onion Sauce for Hamburgers |

- 3 large white onions, cut into thin rings or half rings
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBS A-1 Steak Sauce
- 1 TBS Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Sauté onions in butter in large pot for 10 minutes until wilted; you may brown to give a richer flavor
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 ½ - 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Makes approximately 3 cups
