Use with boiled seafood 1 cup tomato sauce ¼ cup ketchup 2 TBS red wine vinegar 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce 1 TBS horseradish ¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper ¼ cup finely chopped celery 1 TBS minced garlic ½ tsp salt ½ tsp...

 

Use with boiled seafood

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 TBS red wine vinegar
  • 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS horseradish
  • ¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  1. In large bowl combine tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients; use whisk to incorporate all ingredients
  2. Add bell pepper, celery, and garlic
  3. Add salt and Tabasco sauce and stir
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight

Makes about 2 cups
