Great with corned beef or oysters on the half shell
- ½ cup prepared horseradish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBS Creole-style mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS chopped parsley
- Pinch of sugar
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Into a large mixing bowl, combine horseradish, mayonnaise and mustard; whisk all ingredients thoroughly
- Add garlic, parsley and sugar and continue whipping until all ingredients are well blended
- Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce
- Into a separate metal bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form; gently fold cream into horseradish mixture
Serves 6
