Great with corned beef or oysters on the half shell

  • ½ cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS Creole-style mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 TBS chopped parsley
  • Pinch of sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
  1. Into a large mixing bowl, combine horseradish, mayonnaise and mustard; whisk all ingredients thoroughly
  2. Add garlic, parsley and sugar and continue whipping until all ingredients are well blended
  3. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce
  4. Into a separate metal bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form; gently fold cream into horseradish mixture

Serves 6
