Excellent on steak, seafood, eggs or vegetables

  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted and hot
  1. Into a blender add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth
  2. Begin adding a small amount of the hot butter at a time, blending continuously; must be hot or sauce will not thicken

Makes approximately 1/2 cup
