- 1 ½ cup salad or olive oil
- ¾ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 pod garlic, pressed
- 1 TBS grated onion
- Combine all ingredients well and serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to 7 days
Makes 3/4 of a quart
