  • 1 bottle Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce with Onions
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 TBS sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Steen’s cane syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients; color will be almost black

Makes approximately 1 quart

Use as baste for meats, chicken, etc. Careful not to baste too soon on medium to high temperature grill since sugar will tend to burn after a short time. OK for basting extensively on low, slow cooking grill
