  • 2 eggs
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 TBS crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 TBS parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp white Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • ¾ cups olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients (except olive oil) into blender and blend for 3-4 seconds
  2. Continue blending for 15 seconds while slowly adding olive oil
  3. Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate to chill
