  • 2 garlic pods, crushed
  • 4 anchovies, chopped or whole
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  1. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl

Serves 4-6

May be served at room temperature or chilled
