- 2 garlic pods, crushed
- 4 anchovies, chopped or whole
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Whisk all ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl
Serves 4-6
May be served at room temperature or chilled
