Excellent served with fried seafood

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped pimento stuff olives
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped capers
  • 1 TBS sliced green onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste
  1. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice thoroughly
  2. Add olives and next 4 ingredients and blend well
  3. Season to taste with salt and hot sauce
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for better flavor

Makes about 2 cups
