Great for onion rings or seafood
- 1 12-ounce beer, room temperature
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Place beer into mixing bowl; add flour and mix well
- Add salt and baking powder, don’t over mix
- Allow to sit for at least 1 hour or in refrigerator overnight
When frying, keep oil temperature at 360°-370°
