Great for onion rings or seafood

  • 1 12-ounce beer, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  1. Place beer into mixing bowl; add flour and mix well
  2. Add salt and baking powder, don’t over mix
  3. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour or in refrigerator overnight

When frying, keep oil temperature at 360°-370°
