Tasty accompaniment to holiday feasts such as turkey, pork, chicken, etc
- 2 cups Cantaloupe, scooped into balls
- 2 cups Watermelon, scooped into balls and seeds removed
- 2 cups Honeydew melon, scooped into balls
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese softened
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Juice of ½ lime
- 8 ounces whipping cream, whipped
- 3 TBS mint jelly
- 4 TBS strawberry preserves
- 1 ½ ounces of orange liqueur (optional)
- Coat the melon balls in powdered sugar
- Prepare dressing in large bowl by combining cream cheese and remaining ingredients
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour
- Serve in individual bowls or from one serving bowl
Servings vary with serving size
