Tasty accompaniment to holiday feasts such as turkey, pork, chicken, etc

  • 2 cups Cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • 2 cups Watermelon, scooped into balls and seeds removed
  • 2 cups Honeydew melon, scooped into balls
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese softened
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 8 ounces whipping cream, whipped
  • 3 TBS mint jelly
  • 4 TBS strawberry preserves
  • 1 ½ ounces of orange liqueur (optional)
  1. Coat the melon balls in powdered sugar
  2. Prepare dressing in large bowl by combining cream cheese and remaining ingredients
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
  4. Serve in individual bowls or from one serving bowl

Servings vary with serving size
