  • 2 pounds boiled shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped purple onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Creole mustard
  • Shredded lettuce
  1. Into a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients except shredded lettuce, mixing well; place into a covered container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours,
  2. Serve chilled over shredded lettuce
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
