Refreshing summer lunch on the patio or bayouside!

  • 1 pound cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp-chopped in medium-sized pieces
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped or grated in medium-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 TBS minced (or processed) onion
  • 1 TBS minced (or processed) celery
  • 2 tsp tartar sauce
  • paprika
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly and taste for additional seasoning and mayonnaise
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled on lettuce leaves, tomato shells, or partially hollowed out avocado halves
