Pleasant sweet and salty taste to accompany holiday turkey, pork, or chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 6 TBS sugar
  • 3 TBS flour
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled Ritz cheese-flavored crackers
  • ¾ stick butter, cut into pats
    Directions:
  1. Into a greased casserole, place pineapple chunks
  2. Spread evenly the sugar, flour, cheese, and crackers
  3. Place the butter pats randomly over the mixture
  4. Bake in preheated 350? oven for 30 minutes

Serves 6-8
