Baby Back Pork Ribs

Guaranteed to “knock your socks off”!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slabs baby back pork ribs
  • Lowry’s seasoned salt
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Liquid hickory smoke
  • Black pepper

BBQ Sauce:

  • 2 small bottles Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 3 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ jar pepper jelly
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Wash ribs and pat dry
  2. Season with next 5 ingredients
  3. Place in double wrap of heavy duty aluminum foil, tightly wrapped, seam side up
  4. Bake at 375° for 1 hour 10 minutes
  5. In separate bowl combine BBQ sauce ingredients (can be done the day before)
  6. Remove ribs from oven, place in casserole and pour some BBQ sauce over ribs; let sit for 1 hour
  7. Grill over medium low pit temperature for 40-45 minutes, basting often
