Guaranteed to “knock your socks off”!

Ingredients:
- 2 slabs baby back pork ribs
- Lowry’s seasoned salt
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Liquid hickory smoke
- Black pepper
BBQ Sauce:
- 2 small bottles Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 3 TBS minced garlic
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ jar pepper jelly
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Wash ribs and pat dry
- Season with next 5 ingredients
- Place in double wrap of heavy duty aluminum foil, tightly wrapped, seam side up
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour 10 minutes
- In separate bowl combine BBQ sauce ingredients (can be done the day before)
- Remove ribs from oven, place in casserole and pour some BBQ sauce over ribs; let sit for 1 hour
- Grill over medium low pit temperature for 40-45 minutes, basting often
