  • Vinegar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 TBS vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • Green onions, choped
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Chicken stock
  1. Pour small amount of vinegar on each body, let sit 5 minutes, thoroughly rinse
  2. Generously salt and pepper, then flour heavily
  3. Place in black iron skillet where butter and oil has heated
  4. Brown thoroughly, about 15 minutes, remove
  5. Add green onions, parsley, and chicken stock to pan
  6. Return squirrels to pan, cover and smother for 2 hours

Servings vary according to quantity of game
