  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may pounded between pieces of plastic wrap to make thin)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine honey & mustard and spread over both sides of chicken
  2. Dredge in pecans
  3. Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking dish
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
