  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Marinade:

  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar or ½ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 TBS coarse-grain prepared mustard
  • 1 ½ TBS lemon juice
  • 1 ½ TBS lime juice
  • 1 ½ tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning mix
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  1. Place marinade ingredients into ziplock plastic bag
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Remove chicken from marinade; dispose of marinade
  4. Grill on medium heat until done; approximately 8 minutes/side; be careful not to overcook as a dry tough result will occur

Serves 4

Chicken may also be cooked in a 350? oven for approximately 30 minutes
