12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts seasoned with Tony Chachere’s seasoning mix 2 14-oz cans artichoke hearts quartered 8 oz of fresh mushroom sliced 3 cans cream of chicken soup ½ cup white wine 1 cup sour cream 2 8-oz....

 

  • 12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts seasoned with Tony Chachere’s seasoning mix
  • 2 14-oz cans artichoke hearts quartered
  • 8 oz of fresh mushroom sliced
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  1. Place chicken, artichokes, and mushrooms into large greased casserole
  2. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients
  3. Pour over entire casserole
  4. Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
  5. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes

Serves 8-10
