- 6 chicken breast quarters
- ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 TBS chopped sage
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ pound butter
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- Paprika for color
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Into a large mixing bowl combine bread crumbs and next 4 ingredients
- Sip each breast quarter in milk and coat well with bread crumb mixture
- Arrange breasts on greased baking sheet and set aside
- Into a large measuring cup, combine butter and next 6 ingredients; melt in microwave for 1 minute; blend thoroughly and drizzle over breasts
- Coat with paprika and bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes
