  • 6 chicken breast quarters
  • ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBS chopped sage
  • 1 tsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ pound butter
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Paprika for color
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
  1. Into a large mixing bowl combine bread crumbs and next 4 ingredients
  2. Sip each breast quarter in milk and coat well with bread crumb mixture
  3. Arrange breasts on greased baking sheet and set aside
  4. Into a large measuring cup, combine butter and next 6 ingredients; melt in microwave for 1 minute; blend thoroughly and drizzle over breasts
  5. Coat with paprika and bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes

Serves 6
