- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may be pounded between pieces of plastic wrap to make thin)
- Lemon & pepper seasoning salt
- ¼ stick butter
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 pods garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup white wine at room temperature
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 12 ounces (1 package) broccoli florets (washed & drained)
- 1 can broccoli-cheese soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- Optional: 1 tsp curry
- Season chicken pieces with lemon & pepper seasoning salt
- Combine butter & olive oil in black iron (or heavy ovenproof) skillet
- Add chicken pieces to hot oil and brown over medium high heat
- Add garlic, wine, Worcestershire sauce to chicken; mix thoroughly
- Place broccoli around chicken pieces
- Slow add soup and milk to mixture; combining thoroughly
- Bake at 350? for 15 minutes
- Garnish with sliced tomatoes for color
