  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may be pounded between pieces of plastic wrap to make thin)
  • Lemon & pepper seasoning salt
  • ¼ stick butter
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 2 pods garlic, pressed
  • ¼ cup white wine at room temperature
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces (1 package) broccoli florets (washed & drained)
  • 1 can broccoli-cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Optional: 1 tsp curry
  1. Season chicken pieces with lemon & pepper seasoning salt
  2. Combine butter & olive oil in black iron (or heavy ovenproof) skillet
  3. Add chicken pieces to hot oil and brown over medium high heat
  4. Add garlic, wine, Worcestershire sauce to chicken; mix thoroughly
  5. Place broccoli around chicken pieces
  6. Slow add soup and milk to mixture; combining thoroughly
  7. Bake at 350? for 15 minutes
  8. Garnish with sliced tomatoes for color

Serves 4
