  • 2 1½ - 2-pound whole pork tenderloins
  • 2 slices bacon
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 TBS grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBS vinegar
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 TBS dry mustard
  • 1 TBS grated onion
  • 1½ tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Place roasts in large baking dish or roaster
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients, mix well; pour over roasts, cover, and refrigerate overnight
  3. About 2 hours before serving, lay a slice of bacon upon each roast and bake at 300°, uncovered for 1 ½ hours, basting frequently
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; mix well forming a sauce consistency; place into serving bowl
  5. Remove roasts from oven; allow to stand 15 minutes before slicing; serve hot with sauce available to individual guests
