Simple, but very delicious . . .

  • 8 lamb chops seasoned with salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Terriaki sauce
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce with wine (you may add 1/8 cup favorite white wine in lieu of the special Worcestershire sauce)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 TBS spicy brown mustard
  • 1 package pork or brown gravy mix
  1. Place lamb into casserole that has been coated with vegetable spray
  2. In separate bowl combine next 4 ingredients into a marinade mixture
  3. Pour marinade over lamb and refrigerate for about 2 hours
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes
  5. Remove cover and bake additional 30 minutes
  6. Remove chops to serving dish and prepare gravy by combining remaining liquids with gravy mix; pour mix over chops or serve separately in gravy boat
