Great snack for the big game day!
- 2 dozen pee wee French bread rolls, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pack Owens regular flavor sausage
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1 stick butter
- 3 pods garlic, pressed
- Scoop soft bread from inside of peewees
- Into a large skillet brown ground beef,sausage, and onion in heated vegetable oil, about 15 minutes
- Add salt and next 8 ingredients and combine thoroughly, remove from heat
- In a sauce pan, melt butter and add garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes
- Brush outside of each peewee with butter-garlic mixture
- Place about 3 TBS of meat mixture inside each peewee (at this point they can be frozen for serving a later date)
- Place in a preheated over at 350° for 20 minutes; serve hot
