  • 1 ½ pounds ground chuck
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp accent
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Tony Chachere’s Seasoning Mix
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 5-ounce packages of noodles, cooked according to directions, drained but not rinsed
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 8-ounce carton sour cream, softened
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Into a large skillet, brown meat in olive oil and butter, about 12 minutes
  2. When brown add tomato sauce and next 10 ingredients, stirring to mix well; cook 5 minutes
  3. In a bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream
  4. Into a 3-quart greased casserole or two 1 ½ quart greased casseroles, layer half of the noodles, then half the sour cream mixture, then half of the meat; then repeat layers
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly
