Great for tailgating party or unscheduled family gatherings! Most guests will want the recipe!

Ingredients:
- 3 pounds beef chuck
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- ½ bell pepper, finely chopped
- 6 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 bottle BV Extract
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
Instructions:
- Salt and pepper chuck roast; place into a large crock pot at high temperature
- Cover roast with vegetables and pour BV Extract over mixture;
- Cook for 8 hours and shred with two forks
- Serve on hot pistolettes or miniature French loaves
- Brush outside of prepared sandwich with melted butter and garlic
- Place prepared pistolettes on a baking sheet and bake at 350o for 12-15 minutes
- Have available mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and sour pickle slices as condiments
Serves 16-20 as snack
